practicing Martial Artist with a background in Ju Jitsu, Tai Chi and Chi Kung.Connie Ungeheuer is a Traditional Reiki Master. She specializes in energy healing for Body, Mind and Spirit along with Meditation and Stress Reduction. Helen
Lein is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor.
Along with yoga she also teaches classes in
Meditation, Tai Chi and Chi Kung. |
